Well, I have no idea where NT is. But, Here in the states every bike company usually has an affiliate that will underwrite a policy. For here, in the states, with H-D the company is Markel. They also do custom underwriting.
What you need to do is talk with a local dealer of your brand of bike. They will be more than happy to tell you who underwrites them. After all, the insurance company is usually an affiliate. And when it’s time to move up in size, you will remember if they were helpful, and get your next bike there.
Not sure about NT but here in ON I called Allen Insurance Group near Toronto, they had the best rates going.
