Pontiac sunfires and chevy cavaliers are really cheap. Just avoid the red ones. Make sure you have a good mechanical inspection done on the car too.
Volvo’s tend to rate well as they are pretty safe. If it has good safety ratings and isn’t a speed demon rates will be on the lower end but if you’re a male in the U.S. you’re kinda screwed until you reach 25 when rates drop for us. A car alarm will drop your rates slightly.
any car with a small engine, smaller the better? im 26 years old and only pass my test a year and half ago, i had to get a 1.0 ltr engine as that cost me £900 for the year, but after having that car for the year i got a 2.0i ford mondoe and got insurance with no problems and only cost me £500 for the year, or the best other thing to do is put the car in mothers or fathers name get them to insure it and put you down as a named driver and your insurance will very low?? hopes it helps you
None, since you are automatically assumed to be a punk who is going to street race and generally drive like a retard, your insurance will be high, it has nothing to do with the car but the insurer’s liability when you hit someone or drive into a tree with 6 of your broseph’s in the car.
None will … BTW, color has absolutely nothing to do with insurance rates
an older sedan, with nothing owed on it, colour does NOT matter. Automatic seatbelts and airbags are good for discounts. as is a 3.5 GPA or better. If the car is financed, an alarm (active, sends a signal if tampered with, like Lojack, not passive[just noise]) is also a discount. If your parent(s) are the ones on the loan, ergo on the title, and (s)he or they have clean driving records, then listing them as drivers will help also. If there is an expert driving course available, take it; most companies give a discount for that too. And if you are aqay from home, college or your own place, do you have homeowners, tenants, or inland marine (for your computer)? multiline is a discount too.
