If you are not going to be riding it on the streets then it doesnt really need to be insured. But if your planning on playing chicken then maybe you should get a good insurance since most likely u or the other person could end up getting hurt…. doesnt sound 2 smart

Don’t make the car street legal and don’t mess with insurance.
Find a junker and take it into an open field by towing or trailering it.
